Thanks for visiting the Responsive Universe! It is truly my hope that after reading this blog or even my book, the Responsive Universe some of your views and perspectives in life have changed for the better. Hopefully you have found new empowerment and now see the world as a beautiful place with plenty of space and synchronicity. It is not my focus to create any upheaval in your belief systems or to claim one system of thought as wrong or right. My focus is to combine the wisdom of other authors and philosophers like myself and humbly put into words a more palatable vision of this Responsive Universe we live in. I do want to ask tough questions about god and religion but I leave the answers up to you. Each of us has our own path to walk on this adventure in life and only you can answer life’s most intriguing questions. My focus is to propose a fresh viewpoint and hopefully create an environment that may produce small, subtle shifts in perspective. Eventually, when you make space within the mind, clarity will arise within that space and your inner voice will speak wisdom. It is from that wisdom that your answers will materialize. Please remember everything you need in life to find bliss, happiness and healing energy is already found within your True Nature; it is already found in you!

The fact that you have made the effort to visit my Responsive Universe domains (whether you bought my book or not) proves that the premise of the Responsive Universe may have opened new doors to your thinking and perception. It has created some interest… Maybe you have found the meditations and daily life practices to be beneficial. Maybe you like my Photos. Maybe you have made small shifts in your perception of life that has moved the pendulum of thought away from fear and fantasy, past and future; to a more mindful existence in the present. Being mindful of the present and finding clarity in the space you created is the evolutionary goal. You should be congratulating yourself because this thing call self-evolution is not an easy path. As you may have found, it is a continuous uphill battle. Yet, the enduring benefits of living in a Responsive Universe are innumerable. As days turn into months and months turn into years, a new person will emerge from that hollow shell of ego and false-self – a self-actualized you! Yet, if you found yourself on my Blog, Facebook or Twitter page and are still hungry for more; please join me as we enter the literary world of the Illumination of the Nine Mandalas.

The Universe does not judge…

The Universe does not reprimand…

The Universe does not promote happiness…

The Universe does not control your destiny…..

…you do

We live in a Responsive Universe. A conscious cosmos where every thought, action and reaction creates a wave of energy and vibration at the sub atomic level. Basic quantum physics already sheds a bright light on how our responses to life are interconnected and intertwined in a quantum field of light, energy and vibration.

Think of the  Universe as a clean slate… An empty canvas…  The conduit for your energy – whether positive or negative.  The Universe responds to your thoughts, actions and reactions. You are the painter adding color to that proverbial painters canvas.  You are the energy and the Universe is your pathway; your medium… Even  when we comprehend the concept of God as it relates to the Universe we have to include ourselves in that equation. It is our positive and negative thoughts, actions and reactions that become the hand of God. We have the power to create a living heaven or a living hell within this Universe and microcosmic world (Earth) that takes heed to our energy footprints; our waves and vibrations of existence.

When you think happy, positive thoughts these pulses of energy translate into positive actions which more often than not are greeted with positive reactions. Society can be thought of as one breathing organism. When you feed this organism with positivity, it responds with positivity.  This is what defines karma. It begins on the individual level. You have the power of happiness within the palm of your hand. You alone can allow the ego to govern your thoughts and actions or you can let your True Nature be the governing force. True Nature is a place within and without your body that is free of ego and false-self. When you strip away all that is negative: Fear, anger, jealousy and greed you are left with only love and positive energy. When you root your intent; your thoughts, actions and reactions in True Nature you connect to sometime genuine and unadulterated.

You are creating a Responsive Universe…. You are in control. The present moment is the essence of God and Universe – the totality of everything at your finger tips. Believe this and you too will live in a Conscious Cosmos… a Responsive Universe….

Biocentrism

I recently blogged about how physicist Michio Kaku has developed a scientific theory that points to the existence of God – based primarily on String Theory. Also creating a buzz this month is scientist, Robert Lanza who has made great strides in the study of Biocentrism which theorizes how life and consciousness are the keys to understanding the nature of the Universe. Specifically how human consciousness lives on after death. In a way, God and the Afterlife are analogous with the goal of bridging science with spirituality. That is the true premise of the Responsive Universe. The Biocentrism theory implies that death simply does not exist. Death is an illusion which arises in the minds of people – reinforced by Religion, ego and fear. The theory states that consciousness exists outside of the constraints of time and space. Our thoughts, feelings and energy are separate from flesh and bone. This notion fits well with the basic understandings of quantum mechanics; according to which a certain particle can be present anywhere and an event can happen in several, sometimes countless, ways. Humans are part of that event…

“Lanza believes that multiple universes can exist simultaneously. These universes contain multiple ways for possible scenarios to occur. In one universe, the body can be dead. And in another it continues to exist, absorbing consciousness which migrated to this universe.” This falls in line with String Theory which predicts extra dimensions, possibly even alternate Universes. One such theory is the 11-dimensional M-theory, which requires the Universe to have eleven dimensions as opposed to the usual three spatial dimensions and the fourth dimension of time. Other research in String Theory has purported as many as 26 space time dimensions for the Bosonic String explanation. These theories present us with a new picture of the Cosmos. Scientists including Andre Linde and Allan Guth have been studying the concept of “Multiverses” for decades. There are questions abound in regard to the origin of the Big Bang inflation as well as the statistical data that supports the theory that the Universe is expanding even quicker – a possible contradiction to current mass and gravity data. String Theory supports this data. Further mathematical measurements of dark energy are not matching current theoretical equations. The concept of multiple Universes would support the disparities seen within our quantum dominion. Further, such cosmic diversity could result in duplicates of Universes based simply on statistics and probability. String theory is still in its infancy and there are many exciting discoveries still to arise from the world of physics. If modern physics is capable of proving validity to alternate universes could these spatial dimensions be alternate realities or realms of the afterlife? As we continue to uncover the intricacies of the Cosmos, it has become clear that anything is possible because String Theory itself presents a universe of infinite possibilities.

God lives in the Present Moment?

Let’s read this thought-provoking quote from one of the great modern philosophical minds:

“Through the present moment, you have access to the power of life itself, that which has traditionally been called “God.” As soon as you turn away from it, God ceases to be a reality in your life, and all you are left with is the mental concept of God, which some people believe in and others deny. Even belief in God is only a poor substitute for the living reality of God manifesting every moment of your life.”

Eckhart Tolle

To begin, I guess you first have to define what God is to you… I am not a big proponent of allowing others to define God for me or for society. History has shown in excruciating detail that has failed in many facets. There are many definitions of God; in fact the word God has been so overused, misinterpreted and manipulated that you almost have to toss the word out and redefine it for yourself without the dogma of organized religion and old parables. You need to wipe the slate clean and  look inward and outward for what God represents to you as a life source, an energy and the connection we all bear. In doing that you need to also include yourself as part of that equation. God is not an old definition; in fact God is a boundless energy of instinctual consciousness, light, quantum dynamism and vibration that connects the Cosmos as one breathing, pulsing organism; a definition that continually redefines itself .  It seems over the course of religious history, few people take the time or even have the open mind and ability to define God without attaching dogma to the idea. And many in this modern world argue and battle for these defined concepts of God that have little bearing on the true reality of spirituality and our place in this Universe.  It’s almost insanity at its finest example and yet it is the norm we all live with. As Tolle suggests, such blind dogmatic exploits are a “poor substitute for the living reality of God”.  I would agree, blind faith is in itself a poor representation of what is truly godly and spiritual. And that divine notion cannot be found solely in a church or in a book; or from the mouth of a holy man. This energy, wisdom and celestial instinct is found within the silence of your thoughts. Only you alone can find the true definition of God. Yes, that puts a burden on the individual and goes against common religious practices; aligning more with eastern faiths.

Eckart Tolle is famous for his book the “Power of Now” which discusses the power and energy that exists by rooting your mind in the present moment. As I have written, the past is riddled with dogma, guilt and things in life that you can’t change. And yet, more than half of our thoughts within a given day are anchored in the past. Our thoughts of the future are typically riddled with fear and fantasy – all ego driven maladies. The only true moment is the “Power of Now”… That instant moment when you are experiencing this exact split second: Gone is the ego, the past and future; only you and the Universe with expanding horizons to infinity. The key is to live in the present moment. Meditation and immersing yourself in nature are paths to the present moment. There lies the essence of your True Nature and there lies the true power of God that exists as the totality of the Cosmos.

As Tolle interjects: As soon as you turn from the present moment, “God ceases to be a reality in your life”. All that is left is the mental imagery that is now rooted in the past or future; laden with dogma and all the perils of societal immersion, religious ideology and the wars fought over them. There is nothing pure about dogma, fear, guilt and ego – and yet that is exactly what most organized religions market subliminally. Can you find God through organized religion? Maybe, but it will always carry with it the dogmatic trappings of a cloudy history wrought with money, war, power and absolutism. It can never be pure, unadulterated and just about you and only you. When you look into the mirror and see that you are the hand of god, then it is about you and only you. When the ego remains out of such revelations, what you are left with is a pure connection to the concept of God. Nothing is more empowering…

So, once you achieve that higher level of spiritual clarity and awareness you begin to realize this thing called God is bigger than just man-made religion. It is bigger than you and I. It is bigger than a book of parables or a mega church on a Sunday morning. Its bigger than Earth. It is everything within this Responsive Universe and living more in the present moment and less in the past and future is a path to connecting to the true essence of God – your True Nature within.
